• Fundamental Camp information and sign up materials are now available!

• Thank you to all participants of the 2009 Mount Mercy Fall Baseball League!  Currently we are working on the 2010 FBL and looking for ways to make the experience even better.  As always we welcome constructive suggestions.

• Take a look at the Kettlebell Advantage web site (link on the right side of this page).  Mark does some training with our team and we are big believers in the benefits of training with kettlebells.  This is how youth should begin strength training!

Thank you for visiting our exclusive Mount Mercy College Fall Baseball League website!  Each year seems to bring new and better opportunities for league outcomes.  Information will be made available this spring.  We are really excited and looking forward to the 2010 Fall Baseball League offering!

In the meantime check out our 4 sessions of Fundamental Camps.  This would be a great way to kick off your winter training and prepare for the spring season.
